Tracking order
1. When can I get tracking information?
- In-stock standard milling cutters: We will send tracking number to your email/WhatsApp within 24 hours after goods are dispatched.
- Custom OEM orders: We will inform you of production progress step by step, and send tracking info once finished goods are shipped out.
- Bulk sea/air freight shipments: We will provide bill of lading number after container loading.
2. Ways to Check Logistics Status
- Check the tracking link sent by our sales staff via WhatsApp or email.
- Enter the tracking number on the official website of corresponding logistics carrier (DHL/FedEx/UPS etc.) to view real-time delivery location.
- Contact our sales manager directly to inquire about updated transit progress.
3. Common Logistics Status Explanation
- Processing: Goods are still under production or waiting for warehouse packing
- Dispatched: Package has left our factory and arrived at logistics warehouse
- In Transit: Goods are on the way to your destination country
- Customs Clearance: Package is waiting for local customs inspection
- Delivered: Goods have been signed and received
4. Logistics Abnormal Support
If your tracking status stops updating for more than 7 days, or the package shows lost/delayed, please contact our sales team with your order number and tracking number. We will coordinate with logistics company to solve the problem within 2 working days.
5. Order Receipt Reminder
Please check the outer package and unpack to inspect milling cutters in front of the courier. If there is damage or shortage, take complete photos and videos as proof and send to us immediately for after-sales processing.
