By accessing and placing orders on Anjek official website, you agree to abide by the following service terms.
1. Product & Quotation Statement
- All carbide milling cutters displayed on our site are for industrial wholesale use only.
- Prices shown online are reference wholesale prices; final formal quotation will be sent via email/WhatsApp according to your order quantity, customization demands and shipping plan.
- Product parameters, pictures and coatings are for reference only; we will confirm the exact specifications before mass production for OEM orders.
2. Order & Payment Rules
- All orders shall take the formal proforma invoice signed by both parties as the valid transaction basis.
- We accept T/T, PayPal and Western Union. Custom bulk orders require a deposit before production.
- If buyer cancels customized OEM orders after production starts, the deposit will not be fully refunded to cover raw material loss.
3. Intellectual Property Right
- All Anjek original product pictures, technical drawings, brand logo and catalog content are protected by intellectual property rights. Unauthorized copying, reprinting and commercial resale without permission is prohibited.
- For OEM orders with your private brand logo, the trademark ownership belongs to you, and we will not use your brand for other clients.
4. User Obligations
- You promise to use our milling cutters within legal industrial machining fields, and shall not resell our products for illegal purposes.
- You shall provide real and valid company, contact and shipping information for order communication and delivery arrangement.
- It is your responsibility to comply with import tax, customs clearance laws and local trade regulations of your country.
5. Liability Limitation
- Anjek shall only be liable for losses directly caused by our production quality defects. We will not compensate for indirect losses such as delayed processing orders, lost profits and labor costs.
- Tool service life varies based on workpiece material, cutting parameters and machine equipment, we do not guarantee fixed service life for all working conditions.
6. Policy Revision Right
Anjek reserves the right to update these terms of service without prior notice. The latest version published on this page shall take effect immediately.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any trade disputes arising from orders shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be settled under the laws of China.
