Refund policy
This return and refund policy applies to all carbide milling cutter orders placed on Anjek official website.
1. Qualified Refund & Replacement Conditions
We accept free replacement or full refund only under the following factory quality issues:
- Cutter dimensional tolerance error beyond standard range
- Abnormal coating peeling, crack or fracture from production defects
- Wrong product model, specification delivered by our warehouse mistake Customers must provide clear photos/videos of defective goods for verification within 7 working days after receiving the package.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not support return, exchange or refund in the below cases:
- Damage caused by improper CNC operation, wrong cutting parameter or unsuitable workpiece material
- Custom OEM/ODM cutters with exclusive laser logo, special size and customized coating (no mass return allowed)
- Normal tool wear after machining processing
- Orders over 15 working days after receipt without quality feedback
- Small trial samples purchased separately
3. Return Shipping Cost Rule
- If defects are caused by Anjek production error: We bear all round-trip shipping fees
- If customer requests return without factory quality problems: Buyer shall undertake all delivery charges
- Customized products cannot be returned for personal preference reasons
4. Refund Processing Flow
- Submit quality proof materials to our sales team via email/WhatsApp
- Our technical department reviews and confirms within 1–3 working days
- After confirmation, we arrange replacement goods or process fund refund within 5 working days
- Refund will be returned via original payment channel
5. Final Explanation Right
Anjek reserves the final interpretation right of this return & refund policy.
