Shipping policy
1. Order Dispatch Time
- Standard in-stock milling cutters: Goods will be shipped out within 1–3 working days after payment confirmed
- OEM customized cutting tools: Production cycle 7–15 working days, delivery after finished inspection
- Large bulk wholesale orders: Delivery time can be negotiated with sales manager separately
2. Available Shipping Methods
Sea freight / Air freight Advantages: Low unit shipping cost for large quantity, suitable for distributors with long-term stock demand We can arrange door-to-door delivery or port pickup as your request.
3. Shipping Cost Description
- Express freight fee: Calculated by actual weight & destination country, displayed before order confirmation
- Sea/air bulk freight: Quoted separately based on total volume, weight and destination port
- Free shipping activity: Occasional preferential policies for large long-term orders, consult sales for details
4. Logistics Tracking
After goods dispatch, we will send tracking number to your email/WhatsApp. You can track delivery status online at any time.
5. Package Loss & Damage Solution
- If package lost in transit: We will re-deliver goods or issue full refund after logistics company compensation confirmation
- If outer package damaged but inner cutters intact: No compensation available
- If cutters damaged due to violent transit: Provide unpacking video proof, we arrange free reshipment
6. Delivery Note
Buyer shall be responsible for local import customs duty, tax and clearance formalities in your country. We can provide commercial invoice and packing list for customs declaration.
