1. What is your MOQ for carbide milling cutters?
We support flexible order quantities. For standard milling cutters, the minimum order quantity is 1 piece for sample testing. For mass wholesale orders, we offer better bulk discounts.
2. Can you provide OEM & ODM customized cutting tools?
Yes. We fully accept custom orders: custom tool size, coating, edge geometry, laser logo, customized packaging and color box according to your brand requirements. Our technical team can provide free machining solutions.
3. What’s your production lead time?
- Standard in-stock cutters: Ship within 1–3 working days
- Custom OEM tools: 7–15 working days based on order quantity
- Large bulk orders: Negotiable production schedule
4. What materials can your milling cutters process?
Our solid carbide end mills are suitable for steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, alloy, mold steel and other common CNC machining materials. We can recommend matched coating tools for your workpiece.
5. How about quality inspection?
All Anjek cutters pass strict dimensional, hardness and surface testing before delivery. We can provide inspection reports upon request.
6. What payment terms do you accept?
We support T/T wire transfer, Western Union, PayPal for small sample orders. Long-term cooperative distributors can negotiate flexible payment terms.
7. What shipping methods are available?
We provide air express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) for small samples and sea freight for bulk wholesale orders. We can arrange door-to-door delivery.
8. Do you offer after-sales technical support?
Our professional CNC technical team provides free machining parameter guidance and tool selection suggestions to improve your processing efficiency.
9. What’s your return & replacement policy?
If the products have factory quality defects, we support free replacement or refund after confirmation. Damage caused by improper use during processing is not covered.
